Annual Craft & Community Expo

Every spring the Branford Chamber of Commerce converts the Branford Green into an array of area crafters, businesses and non-profit organizations. The Craft & Community Expo at the Branford Festival is a wonderful opportunity for our members to showcase their business, organization or talent to over 5,000 people. Moreover, it is an excellent chance prospective members have to see how much the Chamber has to offer as an organization.

Several new and exciting things are being done to make this year's Expo the best ever. The crafters committed to date are excellent, some of the best we have had and we encourage all to spend some time in our "Crafters' Village." The Chamber has taken a larger, more centrally located tent which will feature highlights of the past years' Chamber events with Chamber members handling out shopping bags and information about the Expo. Last, but not least, the Main Street Entertainment has been improved and expanded since last year to include music, performers and dancing.

This event could not happen without the tireless efforts of Chamber volunteers and staff, and the equally tireless Branford Festival volunteers. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who makes this day successful and enjoyable.
